Mitacs Elevate is a program that develops Canadian postdoctoral fellows’ managerial skills in various academic, industrial, and non-profit sectors. The program offers a $55,000 (CAD) minimum annual salary along with a training curriculum valued at $7,500 (CAD) each year. Queen’s Mitacs representatives provide submission assistance and application feedback. Mitacs Accelerate Internships connect companies with over 50 research-based universities through graduate and postdoctoral fellows who apply their specialized expertise to business research challenges.
