A summary of the changes that will be made to the WebPublish Academia, Basic, and Custom services the evening of November 6, 2023.
As a reminder, site owners in the Custom service level are encouraged to review the impact of these changes on their site by reviewing it in the Preview environment. You can access the preview version of your site beginning October 24, at https://wp3-prev.its.queensu.ca/[pubID] (without the square brackets).
Upgrade to Drupal 10
This release contains an upgrade to Drupal 10. The upgrade ensures that WebPublish remains supported, as the current version, Drupal 9, reaches end of life in November. Users will not notice any functionality changes or changes to their live sites; however, the look and feel when editing your site will change slightly. We appreciate your patience as we work to update screenshots on the support site over the coming months.

- Logo Set Paragraph - new background colours available
- Video/Audio Embed Paragraph - ability to centre video on page with a custom width
- Two Column Video/Audio Paragraph - a new paragraph that allows you to place video/audio on either the left or right side of the page and text on the other
Fixes
- Event location links no longer open in a new window
- More consistent link styles
- Minor colour contrast fixes for accessibility
- Fixed an Aria label accessibility issue with social media footer icons
- Fully white background on sign in drop down to address accessibility issue
