If you need help or have questions about WebPublish 3.0, IT Services is here to help. We also welcome your feedback on how we can improve your experience with the service.
Submit an incident
Submit an incident with the IT Support Centre (ITSC) when you experience unplanned interruptions or reductions in the quality of the service (e.g., I can't access my authoring environment).
You can also submit general questions using the incident form (e.g., where do I find training materials?). The support centre will address the question or escalate the issue to the appropriate team, where we'll provide one-on-one support.
Report somethingMake a request, suggestion, or bug report
If you have ideas for new features that you'd like to see introduced into WebPublish, have identified a flaw or defect that produces unexpected results, or have suggestions for how we can improve either the service or service and support site, submit a WebPublish Enhancements form.
Your request will be reviewed by the WebPublish support team - we'll let you know if it's something we plan to implement and document it for future work.
You can also use the feature request portion to request configuration changes to your site (e.g., set a homepage content type to the site's home).
