About

I am an M.A. student researching the Loyalist Diaspora of the American Revolution under the supervision of Professor J. Errington. My interest in the Loyalists emerged while studying the history of slavery and abolition, where I explored their complex role in the politics of slavery during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. My research will focus on how loyalist networks across borders shaped the political, cultural and legal environments across North America.
