About

I am a first-year M.A. student researching the history of Canadian-Cuban relations under the supervision of Dr. Karen Dubinsky. My research will focus on Canadian entrepreneurs, agricultural organizations, and academic institutions in Cuba since the 1959 revolution. Before my studies at Queen’s, I completed my B.A. in History and Indigenous Studies at Concordia University of Edmonton. My research interests include Latin-American history, Indigenous history, Revolutions and Rebellions, and the Cold War.
