Rob Engen (PhD 2014) takes position in Australia

This summer Rob Engen (PhD 2014) will take up a position as a Senior Lecturer in War Studies at Deakin University, Victoria, Australia, working exclusively with the Australian War College in Canberra. The War College provides graduate level professional military education courses for officers in the ranks of Major to Colonel.

Rob and his partner Claire Cookson-Hills (PhD 2013) will be moving to Canberra this summer with their children, Posy and Monty.

Since 2019, as a member of RMC's Department of Defence Studies, Rob has been teaching at the Canadian Forces College, Toronto, leading the Advanced Joint Warfighting Stream and acting as deputy chair of the Department of Military Planning and Operations.
