Queen’s Department of History offers two graduate degree programs: a Master of Arts (MA) with options to write a research essay or a thesis, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Working closely with professors in small seminars, our graduate students join a thriving and intimate academic community and carry out research in a diverse array of well established and emerging fields of inquiry.
