New Faculty Member Orientation
Plan to attend the New Faculty Orientation session, held annually in mid-August and hosted by the Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic).
National Centre for Faculty Development and Diversity
Queen's is an institutional member at NCFDD. As a member, you can get access to on-demand resources, programs, and webinars developed to help you combat faculty burnout and live a full and balanced life.
Human Rights and Equity Education
The Human Rights and Equity Office provides education in human rights, equity, accessibility and sexual violence prevention and response. Our educational programs build community awareness, increase knowledge and address systemic barriers to inclusion. Learners can engage in the content via asynchronous learning modules, in-person sessions or virtually. Support for Teaching
The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) supports the instructional development activities of individual teachers and academic units, and encourages university policies and practices that promote good teaching.
Liaison librarians work with faculty to provide course-related instructional sessions and programs, and to ensure that the library's collections support the curriculum needs of departments and faculties at Queen's.
