The Great Crew Change Survey for Geology
Queen's University is developing a new Masters degree program focused on Earth and Energy Resources Leadership. This program is designed for working professionals to enhance the skill sets needed to make sound, effective project decisions while responsibly managing trade-offs due to the uncertainty and complexity inherent in natural resource development.
In this program, participants will be exposed to a spectrum of topics addressing the full life cycle of natural resource development from exploration and production, through the project's final closure. Key program elements include geoscience and engineering, business and financial risk analysis, as well as environmental assessment, stakeholder engagement, policy, legal, and regulatory issues.
Upon completion, participants will have enhanced leadership skills that enable them to effectively integrate and communicate across the entire enterprise of resource-based development projects and operations, in addition to their particular part of it.
We need employers, employees, students, graduates, alumni and teachers to complete the survey.
