Introduction
As part of the Considerations Team, Ruba coordinates the implementation and administration of policies and procedures related to student requests for academic consideration within the Faculty of Arts and Science. She collaborates with students, the academic advising team, instructors, and various units on campus, including Student Wellness Services, to coordinate and facilitate academic consideration requests for students facing difficult or challenging personal circumstances and to ensure the timely and professional provision of student support services.
Ruba also provides academic advising for undergraduate students on all Faculty programs, regulations, and policies, and participates as a member of the advising team of the Student Services division of the Faculty of Arts and Science.
