Join Esther Fleurimond, Healthy Workplaces Consultant with WSPS, as we review the Mental Harm Prevention Roadmap. The Roadmap, developed by WSPS in collaboration with Howatt HR Consulting, was made to help support organizations in creating and implementing a psychological health and safety strategy at work. Improving and maintaining the positive mental health of employees is an essential part of a healthy & safe workplace and can improve thinking, decision-making and relationships at work. Which all lead to healthier employees and increased productivity. The Roadmap is a user-friendly compliment to the CSA Z1003 National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and serves as a framework to guide employers in putting programs and policies in place using an evidence-based Plan-Do-Check-Act approach. Get started on making your workplace more psychologically safe today!
