Workshops and Training

Employees can start their learning journey by sharpening their skills, deepening their knowledge, or exploring other professional development opportunities available through the HR Learning Catalogue. We offer workshops that cover a wide range of topics and skills including communication, finance, customer service, time management, change management, and more. Many of the workshops count towards the completion of different certificate programs.

Certificate programs have been designed with flexibility in mind and can be completed in a number of different ways. Programs cover a wide-range of topics that can help employees grow in their career at Queen's and typically include completion of different core and elective workshops. Some current program offerings include Administrative Professionals, International Perspectives, Workplace Communications, and From Diversity to Inclusion in the Workplace.

Human Resources provides customized in-house learning for teams.
