The Roadmap, developed by WSPS in collaboration with Howatt HR Consulting, was made to help support organizations in creating and implementing a psychological health and safety strategy at work. Improving and maintaining the positive mental health of employees is an essential part of a healthy & safe workplace and can improve thinking, decision-making and relationships at work. Which all lead to healthier employees and increased productivity. The Roadmap is a user-friendly compliment to the CSA Z1003 National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and serves as a framework to guide employers in putting programs and policies in place using an evidence-based Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
