Registration Costs:

All prices are listed in CAD. The registration cost includes a banquet dinner, catered lunches, refreshments for coffee breaks, operation fees. The cost does not include breakfast, dinner, accommodations at Queen's University residences, and transportation for facility tours.

We recognize that cost may be a barrier for some attendees. While we have limited capacity to provide financial assistance, we welcome inquiries from those for whom cost is a concern. Students are encouraged to speak with their supervisors and host universities about possible travel support.
