Campus Security - This unit includes Queen's Emergency Report Centre, which is staffed 24/7.

Environmental Health and Safety - This unit works to enhance teaching and research at the University by fostering a healthy and safe work and study environment.

Faculty Relations - This unit provides advice and services supporting positive employment relationships with academic staff of the university including faculty, librarians, archivists, adjuncts, clinicians, post-doctoral fellows, teaching assistants, teaching fellows, graduate research assistants and senior academic administrators.

Faith and Spiritual Life - The multi-faith non-judgemental supports offered by this office include assistance for religious, spiritual, personal, and financial problems, concerns, or crises.

Four Directions Indigenous Student Centre - The Centre supports students' academic, spiritual, physical, and emotional needs via a wide range of programming and services that enhance the well-being and development of Queen's Indigenous community right on campus as well as virtually.

Human Resources - This unit offers a number of resources related to employment at Queen's, including information on employment policies, the employee and family assistance program, and employee health and wellness.

Human Rights and Equity Office - This Office works to advance a culture of human rights, equity and inclusion by inspiring and educating community partners through developing and implementing innovative strategies in employment and educational equity; providing information, advice and assistance to individuals or groups at Queen’s regarding protections available under polices and legislation; providing non-judgmental sexual violence prevention and response support; and improving access for everyone on campus by removing barriers, encouraging accessibility, and promoting the duty to accommodate.

Non-Academic Misconduct Intake Office (NAMIO) - This unit receives reports of student non-academic misconduct and refers these cases as required. They will assist you in filing a report and explaining the process.

Office of Indigenous Initiatives - This Office provides support and strategic guidance to build community, advance reconciliation, and integrate Indigenous ways of knowing and being into the fabric and life of the university.

Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Coordinator - This office offers support to help those who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives, understand their options, and connect you to services you may wish to access.

Student Wellness Services - The unit offers confidential services for students, including 24/7 urgent access for those experiencing a life-threatening emergency related to mental or physical health.

University Ombudsperson - An independent, confidential, and impartial office that helps Queen's community members to understand university policies and procedures.
