Cyclical audits are a key component of Queen's commitment to continuous improvement. The Quality Council, the provincial body responsible for assuring the quality of all programs leading to degrees and graduate diplomas, conducts cyclical audits as part of this responsibility, in alignment with Ontario's Quality Assurance Framework. The goal of the audit is to determine whether each institution, since its last review, has acted in compliance with the provisions of its Quality Assurance Processes. Queen’s first audit took place in February 2014 and no causes for concern were identified.
Queen's second audit took place in February 2024. No causes for concern were identified; the Quality Council made recommendations and suggestions that will help to improve processes moving forward. The detailed findings of the review can be found in the Audit Report.
