The Queen's Laboratory for Molecular Pathology (QLMP) performs both manual and automated nucleic acid isolation from Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) material as well as various fluids like blood and plasma. To facilitate these processes, the QLMP is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including a Qiacube and Qiaexpert.
The QLMP can process fluids including blood collected in Streck or EDTA tubes for plasma and buffy coat separation, aliquot fluids, and other processing. Contact us for custom requests.
