Application
Submit OUI application
Submit the relevant application and ensure you include all supporting documents listed on the OUI website:
Submit IPO application
After submitting the online OUI application, students will receive a PDF application summary. Students are required to submit this PDF application summary and supporting documents to the International Programs Office’s online OBW or ORA exchange program application. This mandatory application form ensures we can align your application data with our database, securing your application.
You do not need to pay the program fee now. You will be asked to pay if your application is successful and you accept your exchange offer.
Selection Process
Once received, the exchange program applications are forwarded to a faculty member for review. All successful candidates are forwarded to the IPO for final review and nomination to the appropriate OUI exchange program.
All students will receive a communication from the International Programs Office containing their results typically mid-March via Queen's email.
