Payroll & Banking

Once your employee NetID is active, you will need to set up your banking information for direct deposit to your bank account, and complete the required forms for Payroll Services to determine your income tax deductions. Please visit the New Employee Payroll Information section of the Financial Services website for instructions on configuring/updating your direct deposit information and accessing income tax forms (TD1, TD1ON). Completed tax forms are to be emailed to Payroll Services at payroll.services@queensu.ca.

Payroll Calendars

For your reference, payroll calendars for Casual, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly positions are available at the Payroll Calendars & Cutoffs page on the Financial Services website. The calendars display pay dates, holidays, and payroll cutoff deadlines for the year.

For Casual and Bi-Weekly paid employees who are required to submit hours for payroll processing, the Timesheet for Casual and Bi-Weekly Paid Employees can be downloaded from the Employees – Human Resources area of the HR Intranet SharePoint site.
