Join a cohort of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows this summer who want to take a leap into their professional development journey through the online Professional Development in University Teaching and Learning (PUTL) modules.
These modules are a great opportunity to include on your CV or resume to highlight your commitment to your personal growth as an educator.
With 7 different modules to choose from, including foundations of teaching; leadership; and inclusive pedagogy; each module will help you reflect on, and articulate your teaching experiences and philosophy. Working independently, but in a supportive group environment, we will work over the summer to help you achieve your professional development goals, whether that is 1 module or all 7!
This program will start with an initial welcome event to meet each other and work on individual goal setting. Over the course of the summer, you can join informal working sessions to help keep you on track and provide you with the opportunity to meet 1-on-1 with an Educational Developer or graduate peer. At the end of the summer, we will celebrate your progress and plan for your continued journey as an educator!
