As an Educational Technology Advisor, Karla assists educators and educational support professionals in incorporating technologies into their teaching and learning practices. She provides one-on-one support to educators problem solving issues and questions in the onQ environment and facilitates the twice weekly virtual onQ drop ins.
Karla joined us in May 2020 with 10 years experience as a Support Analyst in the IT Services Support Centre. In this role she gained extensive knowledge of Queen’s University enterprise technologies including OnQ.
