All AMS ratified clubs and Member Society clubs must undergo AMS Event Sanctioning approval to facilitate their events. The AMS Event Planning and Approval process is to ensure that all AMS groups have support in the planning of their events, while ensuring safety of all involved. You can begin this process through their Event Form and Planning Guides.
Risk and Safety Services provides operational and strategic direction to the university on all issues related to risk management, safety and security. You can learn more about university policies, campus security services and environmental health through their numerous resources.
