Leggett Hall is a modern five-storey building with 324 single-plus rooms, bright common areas and study rooms. It is central to the main campus, Kingston’s waterfront path, and numerous outdoor green spaces.

Leggett Hall, located on Stuart Street, was named in honour of former Principal William C. Leggett, who served as Queen’s 17th Principal between 1994 and 2004. Along with Watts Hall, this residence opened in September 2003.
