Program Overview

We are in the early stages of this multi-year program. The Professional Services Working Group will provide will make strategic recommendations to the Principal and Vice-Chancellor on initiatives to enhance professional services at Queen’s.

University leadership will consider Queen’s context and established measures of success in higher education, as well as learnings from NousCubane's UniForum benchmarking program to make evidence-informed decisions about opportunities and initiatives to undertake as part of the Renew Program.

Sequencing and timing of initiatives will be important factors and all choices will be made with the best interests of the university in mind, and in direct relation to Queen’s strategic priorities.

Details about the initiative(s) the university will pursue will be shared in fall 2024. There will be opportunities for consultation with the university community before moving to implementation.

UniForm Benchmarking

The program is informed by data and insights derived from NousCubane’s UniForum benchmarking program, including comparisons on the delivery of professional services between Queen’s and other universities.
