Emeritus Professor David B. McLay passed away on November 8th, 2020. David was a member of the Department from 1961 to 1993. He will be sadly missed by the Department, his family, friends, and colleagues. David was a great teacher who enjoyed working with the students and was an avid researcher in the field of molecular physics. He was also the Associate Dean of Studies in the Faculty of Arts and Science for over a decade. David was a life-long learner who pursued his enthusiasm for history, earning BA and MA in Art History after he retired.
