Thank you to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ottawa, DAAD Canada, Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (German Research Foundation), Goethe Institute, and the University of Konstanz for visiting Queen's University at the start of February! Queen's was visited by Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Canada, Her Excellency Sabine Sparwasser, and a small delegation of German Research Institutions.
We are grateful to all the Queen's community members who contributed to the successful series of events, especially Dr. Cao Thang Dinh who delivered a UN SDG Themed lecture that was introduced by the Ambassador titled, Towards Decarbonization of Fuels and Chemicals.
