Following the recent announcement of nine Queen's undergraduate students being recognized in the 2023 Global Undergraduate Awards, our global and regional winners attended the UA Global Summit, a unique three-day event for undergraduate students and academics in Dublin, Ireland.

Faculty of Arts and Science student Bethany Schaufler-Biback earned top honours, named a Global Winner in the Music, Film, and Theatre category for her work, Etiquette, Ableism, and Access in Contemporary Theatre

Jason Burns (Psychology Category) and Jocelyn Carr (History Category) were both Regional Winners as the highest performing candidates in their categories within USA and Canada.

All three student's work will be published in The Undergraduate Library.

If you are a undergraduate student in your third or fourth year, Queen's highly encourages you to keep an eye open for the 2024 competition opening in the Winter semester.

It was wonderful to celebrate our accomplishments together, the Undergraduate Awards is such a great opportunity.
