Join Professor Cass R. Sunstein of Harvard Law School for the 2024 Marcus-Matalon Lecture on U.S. Law. Professor Sunstein is a leading American legal scholar, who has also served as Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs and as a member of both President Barack Obama’s Review Board on Intelligence and Communications Technologies and the Pentagon’s Defense Innovation Board. In this special talk, Sunstein will explore the complexities of the relationship between freedom of expression and AI–generated content.
