ASU Laboratory Location
The Analytical Services Unit laboratories are situated in Kingston, Ontario on the Queens University campus in the Bioscience Complex. Once the Bioscience Complex has been located, the laboratories are to be found in the basement of the facility. Take the most southerly door from either Arch Street or Barrie Street. Take the elevator or stairs to the lower level. The ASU is at the southwest corner of the building.
The approximate time of travel (by car) from nearby major cities are as follows: from Ottawa: 2.5 hours; from Toronto: 3.5 hours; from Montreal: 3.0 hours
The map to the below shows the downtown area of Kingston, and an easy route to the Biosciences Complex via the Division Street exit from the 401. From Division Street, take a left at Union and the first right onto Arch Street. The Biosciences Complex is located here.
There is short term parking in the surrounding streets (normally 1 hour), and all day parking is available either at the underground parking complex or at the courthouse parking lot located at the rear of the courthouse (beside the intersection of Union and Barrie Streets).
