Donor Story:
The original fund was established in 1970 following his tragic death in a sailing accident. He graduated on May 20th, 1970 and drowned on June 20th, 1970. In lieu of flowers we (his family) asked that donations go to Queen's civil engineering. to establish this fund. It has been an ongoing interest for us - Howard's family.
