This bursary is to encourage already committed students to continue their studies by providing financial aid. Discontinuing medical studies due to adverse financial circumstances should never be an option.
About the fund
Established by E. Shannon Howard, BCom 1975, and awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to students in any year of the School of Medicine.
