About the Fund:
Established in October 2013 by the children of Donald Benedict Lee and Betty Ngan-Woon Lee and awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic achievement to students entering first year of any first entry undergraduate degree program. First preference will be given to students who have graduated from Kingston Collegiate & Vocational Institute and second preference to graduates of secondary schools in the City of Kingston, Lennox and Addington, Frontenac, Leeds and Grenville, or Prince Edward Counties.
