KPMG Exchange Award

Donor Story:

At KPMG, "global" is a mindset that embraces academic and professional exploration, international business savvy, active career development, lifelong learning and appreciation for different people, experiences and cultures. At the time this award was established, 189,000 professionals in 152 countries (and growing!) are proud to work for KPMG.  Inclusion of diverse cultures is an integral part of our firm's culture.  Global mobility is also a business enabler that allows KPMG to meet the talent needs of clients anywhere in the world. The KPMG Exchange Award was established with the aim of providing young professionals with the resources to pursue their academic interests abroad and set themselves up for success in an increasingly global business environment.

About the Fund:

The KPMG Exchange Award was established by KPMG LLP in 2018 and is awarded to students in the Bachelor of Commerce program in the Smith School of Business who have been selected to participate in a formal Queen's bi-lateral exchange. This award is given to students on the basis of financial need and academic achievement, with preference given to students with a demonstrated interest in accounting, demonstrated leadership skills and strong involvement in their school and community.
