About your Fund:
Established in March 2019 by the Insolvency Institute of Canada and awarded on the basis of academic excellence in bankruptcy, restructuring or insolvency law course(s) to students enrolled in a JD program or combined JD program in the Faculty of Law.
The Insolvency Institute of Canada Scholarship will be presented to the student with the top grade in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy course. The top student will receive a $1,000 prize along with an opportunity to attend an IIC event or opportunity to meet with an IIC representative to be recognized for their achievement. Recognition for the student and the university will be post on the IIC website and at the IIC Annual Conference & General Meeting.
