We have a long way to go before our offices, boardrooms and classrooms are truly representative of the diversity in our society. EDII is not something that can wait, and leaders in organizations have an important role to play in driving meaningful change. As events unfold around us and in our own organizations that have brought the issue of racism to the forefront, leaders need to understand what they can do to bring greater diversity and inclusion to their own organizations.
