Queen's Law welcomes Rob Frater, King's Counsel, Law'84 for our annual McCarthy Tertrault LLP Lecture on Ethics and Professionalism to present "The Two Michaels, The Donald, and the Tech Tycoon’s Daughter: Litigating in the Minefield of USA v. Meng". Appearing for the Crown poses special challenges to advocates. In difficult, high-profile litigation, the challenges can be daunting. Drawing on his experiences in Meng and other litigation, the speaker will discuss how such challenges can be identified in a timely way and effectively managed.
