Jennifer's multifaceted support includes many initiatives, from facilitating Cyclical Program Reviews, offering indispensable guidance on multiple department committees, research endeavors, and organizational (re)structuring within our department.

Any time we hear that Jennifer will be involved with our administrative committee work, we are thrilled. She is organized to a fault and has a knack for keeping things on track and running smoothly (try that with 5 faculty members in one room!). Jennifer always works to make sure that graduate students and postdocs are well-represented in any departmental discussion and will make space for them to express their views. Jennifer’s actions towards inclusion have led directly to better decision making and tangible outcomes for financial, research, teaching, and mental wellbeing support for our graduate students and postdocs.

Jennifer consistently goes above and beyond, showcasing her remarkable ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions. Her work has a direct impact on the university’s teaching, learning, and research environments that enhance student experiences. Jennifer's dedication, professionalism, and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to the Physics and Chemistry departments, and her unwavering commitment to student and postdoc success embodies the core values of our institution.
