Club Logos and Merchandise

Officially ratified Queen's University student clubs and faculty societies may use the trademarked university name in their club logo and merchandise in accordance with the Trademarks and Licensing Club Logo Guidelines with approval from the University Relations Brand Team.

Student representatives are asked to review the Club Logo Guidelines below for detailed guidance on the creation of an approved club logo and merchandise. Please note that all existing club logos require review and approval. Logos will have to be updated to align with the guidelines if they infringe on Queen's trademarks or do not follow the directions for use of the trademarked university name.

All designs must be approved by the University Relations Brand Team via the online Trademark Use Approval Form prior to digital use or print production.

Only licensed suppliers of the university are permitted to produce merchandise bearing the trademarked word "Queen’s".
