More than 2,400 staff and faculty attended the annual Summer Faculty and Staff BBQ hosted by the Office of the Principal and Vice-Chancellor on July 11.
Senior leaders helped to serve the meal with Hospitality Services at this zero-waste event and attendees generously filled a donation bin with non-perishable food items for the AMS Food Bank.
Accessibility mats were used to increase access by providing a firm, smoother surface on parts of Agnes Benidickson Field. The Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) and Accessibility Queen’s recently provided funding for these mats for outdoor events such as the barbecue and orientation activities.
