Dr. Judith Irwin (Principal Investigator) and her colleagues/members from project CHANG-ES (Continuum HAlos in Nearby Galaxies - an EVLA Survey) have released a Radio/Optical composite image of the galaxy NGC 4217, a star forming, spiral galaxy.
