On August 13, 2024, Microsoft disclosed a critical Remote Code Execution vulnerability (CVE-2024-38063), which affects various versions of Microsoft Operating Systems. This vulnerability must be addressed immediately as it impacts all supported versions of Windows & Windows Servers.
What do I need to do?
If you are running a Windows-based operating system, you must update to the latest Windows build to safeguard your systems and applications against potential vulnerabilities. Please follow the steps below to ensure your systems are protected:
- Install Windows Updates: Follow Microsoft’s instructions for updating your windows system based on your operating system. Consider enabling auto-updates to ensure you always have the latest version of the windows updates installed.
