Queen's Laboratory for Ecosystem Geography (QLEG)

Research Focus

The overarching goal of the Q-LEG team is to investigate and analyze patterns and processes of habitat change and vegetation dynamics, particularly in northern Canada and southern Ontario. In collaboration with a diverse group of students, university and government scientists, as well as local communities, our research seeks to identify the causes and consequences of natural and anthropogenic environmental change in these regions, and address implications for biodiversity conservation and environmental management.
