The next session of the Sustainable Living Series takes place online Thursday March 9, 2:30-3:30 p.m. Theresa Couto, Registered Dietitian with Queen’s Hospitality Services, will teach participants about how her office is working with their foodservice provider, Aramark, to assess the climate impact of menu offerings. She will also share information about the sustainability-focused menu standards that inform food offerings across campus.
