The University Secretariat is seeking nominations for the following positions:

Board of Trustees

One Staff Trustee to serve a term of service effective upon election and ending May 31, 2026

Senate

One Staff Senator to serve a term of service effective upon election and ending Aug. 31, 2025

Successful candidates are encouraged to attend the Board meeting on Sept. 29-30 and the Senate meeting on Oct. 5, as applicable.

Almost all staff members at Queen's can be nominated, or nominate themselves, for the Senate or Board of Trustees. Nomination forms and information about the nomination process are available online at https://www.queensu.ca/secretariat/elections-governing-bodies or by contacting the University Secretariat at univsec@queensu.ca.

Nomination forms must be completed online by noon on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023.
