Faculty, teaching assistants, students, and staff are invited to attend a two-day conference on campus exploring and celebrating international education and the global community at Queen’s. The conference is co-hosted by Student Academic Success Services (SASS) and the Queen’s University International Centre (QUIC) in Student Affairs and runs Nov. 9-10.

Through interactive presentations, panels, and social media, the conference will celebrate the global experiences of students and educators and provide opportunities to share and learn from each other’s stories and strategies.

Sessions will include international student perspectives on university life in Canada, how to listen better to ideas from other academic cultures, linguistic justice in assessment, and a lunchtime reception with Principal Patrick Deane.
