Optional Campus Meal Plan Terms & Conditions

  1. Card must be presented for all meals and transactions. 
  2. Dining Hall and TAM Campus Meal Plans are valid for the academic year they were purchased within (ie. September to April). Any unused meals do not carry forward to the next academic year.
  3. Flex $ balances will carry over to the next academic year. Any unused Flex $ expires upon graduation or are refundable less a $50 administration fee. 
  4. Lost cards must be reported to the Queen’s Hospitality Services Office (in Victoria Hall), or to any cashier.
  5. You have 30 days from the initial purchase to refund or switch your Campus Meal Plan, subject to applicable administrative fees. 

All plans purchased after August 1, 2024, will have 30 days to be paid in full. Any outstanding balances will be charged interest at Queen’s University’s usual rate. 

Queen’s University Hospitality Services is committed to protecting all collected information. This information is used for the following purposes on behalf of Queen’s Hospitality Services to:

• Process meal plan application forms

• Bill, collect, and account for the provision of meal plans
