We have two types: Premium and Traditional.

Premium- is a two Bedroom suite attached by a private  washroom. This Unit comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mini fridge & tv.

Traditional- is a room with a single bed or a room with two single beds (double). These rooms do not have Wi-fi, air conditioning,mini fridges or TV’s. In addition, the washrooms are shared between all rooms on each floor. TV and fridge can be located in the common room on each floor. An Ethernet cord can be brought to connect to the internet in the guest’s room. Wi-fi hotspots are available in this building.

Premium
May-June: $109/night Sunday-Thursday, $115/night Friday-Saturday
July-August: $115/night Sunday-Thursday, $125/night Friday-Saturday

Traditional
May-August: $55/night for a single, $65/night for a double

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice prior to check in. We do not charge your credit card until you arrive onsite.

Check in for all room reservations will be at the Smith House Front Desk, located at 222 Stuart Street (corner of Albert St.). Check in is at 3pm, check out is 11am. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate your request of a late/early check in/out. The Front Desk staff will be able to confirm with you if this can be done.

No, you do not have to bring your own linens. We provide all linens, towels and soap. You are welcome to bring your own shampoo or preferred brands.

Unfortunately, parking is not included in the price. Parking permits can be purchased at the Front desk for a designated parking lot on campus (Tindall Field). Parking is free Mon-Fri 5pm-7am on Queen’s campus spots ONLY & free on the weekends. There is meter parking available on Stuart St for anhourly cost.A 3-5 minute walk from the building.We do have an accessible spot located outside the Smith & Brant House.

At the price pointyou enjoy by staying with us,we are unabletooffer complimentary breakfast. We do have a barista bar with some food options.There is a Tim Hortons down the street in the front entrance of the KGH Hospital. Also, on campus we have a selected few food options as well in the ARC. We typically recommend going downtown as there are so many more varieties of restaurants to choose from.

You need to be 18 years of age to stay in Residence without a chaperone. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult; Ratio 1 adult to 10 kids.
