- Master's or PhD - Understanding the effects of pipeline oil spills in Canada’s west coast rivers on Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha)
- Master's - Using environmental DNA (eDNA) to study lake biodiversity

- Dr. Diana Cordoba has one position available for either a Master's or PhD to look at challenging colonial and post-colonial rationalist and functionalist territorial state-led planning in Colombia by proposing land use planning technologies that make Black geographies visible. - Dr. Barb Zeeb is seeking a Masters level student to explore salt remediation using both accumulator and excretor halophytes. The student undertaking this project will carry out field studies using established phytoremediation field plots on: i) a contaminated roadside in the Greater Toronto Area and ii) at an industrial site in Alberta.
