Queen’s University generally provides only a fridge and stove in each unit. Per the Lease Agreement, tenant’s require permission to bring in additional appliances. This form is to be completed and submitted EACH lease period to Community Housing. |
| Pre Authorized Debit Agreement Forms (PDF 213KB) | This form is to be used by tenants who would like to have their rent automatically withdrawn from their bank account on the first banking day of each month. All tenants of a unit must submit pre-authorized payment agreements along with a void cheque where the tenants of that unit wish to “split” the monthly rent payment. |
| Authorization Form (PDF 168KB) | This form is to be used to give someone authorization to act on your behalf for the purpose of conducting transactions related to your lease, sub-lease, or assignment agreement (e.g. signing for you, showing your unit, etc.) |
