QWIL Equity Summit 2023

Queen's Women in Leadership (QWIL) is a student-run club within the Queen's University Community. QWIL works to impact, educate, and empower. We strive to empower female-identifying students to reach their full potential and challenge people of all genders to engage in the conversation surrounding equity. 

The QWIL Equity Summit is a one-day event that is offered to all Queen’s University students with a passion for reimagining a future where female-identifying individuals are engaged, empowered, and enabled to reach their full potential. Delegates are encouraged to come as they are. No prior knowledge of gender-based equity is necessary. 

Through a series of activities, workshops, and speaker panels, QWIL's Equity Summit brings students from all across Queen's together for a day-long event to engage in conversations surrounding equity while challenging men and women alike to create reserved opportunities for traditionally marginalized communities.
